This is the behind the scenes work of those of us spearheading the movement by the chronic pain community against the CDC and other government agencies. We're in a fight to show that chronic pain patient are not responsible for the 'opiate epidemic' and that the government needs to find a way to combat addition that does not jeopardize the care of chronic pain patients.
